Two identical coins were offer for auction by Heritage Auction in June 2017 which are NGC MS 63 and MS 62, in general practice most of us may hold the norm that the 1-mark-difference does not contain much different in coin condition or transaction price. However, this norm was not valid until the exceptional case as shown.
