A piece of Edward VII 50 cents Straits Settlements 1902H has been sold by the Heritage Auction in USD 2,629 (approximately RM10,800) in 22/06/2016. The total real purchase cost may coupled with 6% custom tax and USD 66 postage fees for foreign internet bidders. Insofar, this piece is one of three highest numerical grade recorded in NGC population report.
The coin retained most of the lustre feature but the overall appearance may slightly downgraded by the significant stains splashed on the coinage surface.
