The stately and very British design used on the 1942 issues was uniform and highly attractive. They varied in color, but employed most of the same design elements. This piece is a very attractive and high grade example. Most survivors are in the Very Fine grade range, and excluding Specimens and Color Trial pieces, no finer example of this denomination has been offered in at least five to 6 years. There is some minor rust, that is common to notes from this region and it does not affect the eye appeal. PMG About Uncirculated 55.

1942年（1945年）馬來亞貨幣發行局100元。 1942年印製，採用了英國風格較為莊嚴的設計風格，均勻且極具吸引力。雖然顏色鮮艷多彩，但設計元素仍然統一。這鈔非常吸引而且評級頗高。坊間現流傳的同款鈔，包括是樣票或試色版，大多也只有Very Fine評分。此張已屬近五、六年來品相最優秀的一枚。有些微鏽跡，但不減其整體的美觀度。PMG About Uncirculated 55。
