A piece of British North Borneo Plantation Token, Labuk British North Borneo, $1, SS-24, P-39 (also known as Prid-39) has been sold for USD 810 (approx. RM3700 including postage) via eBay in 9th Nov 2015. The coin demonstrates well struck and toned feature, definitely such theme is hard to score for high numerical rank according to practical "hunting" experiences.
According to the population reports, about 26 pieces are recorded as mint state condition but only 7 pieces of them certified in red-brown and others are brown.
Besides, it was another ungraded piece was also sold for USD 386 (excluded buyer premium and miscellaneous charges in 24th Oct 2015 by Auktionshaus Christoph Gärtner GmbH & Co. KG.
